We’re happy to accept your return if the item is not functioning. Since these are custom-made items we cannot accept a return based solely on a change of preference or disliking the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If the item cannot be repaired we will refund the item cost. If the item can be repaired we will do so and return the item to you at our cost. We hope you all find this policy acceptable.
